There are a few lounges in this chain located throughout the country, and in Liverpool you’ve got the comfortable Brasco Lounge in one of the most sought-after premises in the whole of the city. If you like to lounge casually, with a stunning location in front of your eyes, a coffee in one hand, and some great food in your mouth, the Brasco Lounge is a great place to visit.

The Vibe

It is all about the fantastic location at The Brasco Lounge, with the stunning terrace out the front looking out towards the Albert Dock and the interesting Museum of Liverpool just to the side. It is an incredible part of town at any time of the year, but it’s even more spectacular and relaxing when the weather is good. The interior of the Lounge is one big room, with warm furnishings, busy in a cosy and comfortable kind of way, plenty of light, and a real family-environment where you are likely to see a good mixture of tourists, families, and locals. Behind the bar, you’ll also see an old stone Liver Bird shield – a genuine artefact that was recovered from the Liver Building when a wall was demolished that led to the car park in the building. The Brasco Lounge is informal and casual in ambience, service, and the simple food on offer.

The Food

For such a comfortable and relaxing setting, the menu is exactly as you’d imagine. There is a big brunch menu that you can access all day long, loads of burgers, and a range of small plates in tapas style. One of the good things about the Brasco is that they have an ever-changing specials board, which are always interesting and very tasty. There is also an excellent vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free menu at the Brasco Lounge to sit proudly alongside the main menu.

The Price

The big breakfast dishes are under £12, including the full English and the pancake stacks. The lighter brunch dishes are all between £4 and £6. Sandwiches come in big sizes and are price between £6 an £9, whilst most of the main meals are all around the tenner mark, with burgers and some of the bigger mains a little bit pricier between £12 and £15.
